LWA Academy is a training provider registered with HRD Corp and DOSH, offering in-house training, public programmes, and online/hybrid sessions across various categories. Course content, schedules, trainers, fees and HRD Corp claimability are subject to change or confirmation, and details on this website are provided for general information only. A confirmed booking is subject to our separate acknowledgement, quotation or invoice for that programme.

You agree to provide accurate information when submitting an enquiry or registration form, and not to misuse this website — including attempting unauthorised access, disrupting its operation, introducing malicious code, or scraping content without our written permission. We may suspend or restrict access to this website at our discretion, including where we reasonably suspect misuse.

All content on this website — including text, course materials, graphics, logos and videos — belongs to LWA Academy or its licensors unless stated otherwise, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view this website for your own personal or business evaluation purposes; you may not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.

Client, partner and accreditation logos (including HRD Corp, DOSH and JPK marks where applicable) shown on this website are displayed for reference to indicate organisations we have worked with or our registration status, and do not imply any ongoing endorsement, partnership or sponsorship beyond that relationship unless stated otherwise.

Submitting an enquiry or registration form does not by itself constitute a confirmed booking. All bookings are subject to availability and our confirmation. Cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms for a specific programme will be set out in the relevant quotation, invoice or booking confirmation for that programme.

Our collection and use of your personal data is described in our Privacy Notice and PDPA Notice, which form part of these Terms.
