Depending on your interaction with us, we may collect identity and contact details (including name, NRIC/passport number, job title, company, email, phone and address); training registration, attendance, assessment and certification information; corporate client, quotation, invoice, payment and HRD Corp-related information where applicable; enquiries and correspondence; website/device information such as IP address, browser information and cookies; and photographs or videos taken during training or corporate events where applicable.

We may collect personal data when you submit an enquiry or quotation request, register for training, engage our corporate services, communicate with our staff/trainers/consultants, subscribe to updates, use our website (including our chat widget and enquiry forms), or provide information for administration, billing, certification, HRD Corp or other legitimate business purposes.

We may process personal data to respond to enquiries; prepare quotations and proposals; administer and deliver training; manage registration, attendance, and certificates; communicate schedules and service information; process invoices and payments; support HRD Corp grant/claim administration where relevant; improve our services and website; meet contractual, legal and regulatory obligations; protect our systems; and send marketing communications where permitted.

Where reasonably necessary, we may disclose personal data to our employees, trainers, consultants, IT and hosting providers, payment providers, professional advisers, auditors, insurers, venues, business partners and relevant government or regulatory authorities (including HRD Corp and DOSH where applicable). We do not sell your personal data.

Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw consent, subject to legal or other lawful grounds for continued processing. You may also opt out of marketing communications at any time.

Our website and corporate training services are primarily intended for organisations and adult participants. Where personal data relating to a minor is provided, it should be provided by or with the appropriate authority of a parent, guardian or authorised organisation where applicable.
